*Messages left after 4pm Monday through Thursday will be ready the following business day at 10:30am.
How to Leave a Message
- 1. Leave your first & last name
- 2. Leave your practitioners name
- 3. Request mail out or pick up of your remedy
- 4. Leave credit card number & expiration date if you do not have a credit/debit card on file with us. We must have payment before processing orders.
We will not call to confirm that your remedy is ready for pick up. Expect to follow the guidelines outlined above.
We do not provide refunds. Once you have ordered a remedy or purchased a product, the transaction is final.
OFFICE HOURS:
Mon - Thurs 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Remedies will be at the main desk during open hours and in our pick-up box outside our suite door before 9am and after 4:30pm.
BUILDING HOURS:
Mon - Thurs 7:00 am to 9:00 pm
Friday 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
Sat 7:30 am to 1:00 pm
